In a phono stage where the mechanical isolation of the analog front end is already the customer's job, the tube's own resilience becomes an audible advantage. Input and output transformers are integrated into the same milled-aluminum housing that carries the tubes, keeping the signal transitions inside a single mechanically-controlled envelope from cartridge to line output.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe input is a moving-coil RCA at 1 mV nominal sensitivity.
