PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is a simple one. We believe that the perfect listening experience involves not one but at least two of the senses: hearing and vision. What we hear is influenced by what we see.

At Audio Alto we strive not only to achieve perfect reproduction of sound that preserves all the purity, openness, width and depth of the original. We also aim for aesthetic perfection in the design of our amplifiers, CD player and speakers. Together they can bring the ultimate musical enjoyment to any environment. Creating sound and style in perfect harmony with the listener and his surroundings.

At the same time Audio Alto products satisfy aesthetic sensitivities, satisfy both – living and listening.

Manufacturing great high-end audio devices is a complex, time consuming job – there should be adequate time spending with customers. We definitely provide that kind of service. And you are more than welcome to take advantage of it.

Brand Audio Alto was established in 2008.

OUR VISION

Vacuum tube amplifiers remain desirable among audiophiles because of their open, natural sound – the signature of vacuum tube amplifiers amplifiers in distortions is very different and less annoying compared to semiconductor transistor alternatives. At Audio Alto we believe if you design a vacuum tube amplifier right it will always perform better and more in harmony with the listener’s ability to hear and feel the sound.

On that belief is built our commitment to enable listeners to truly experience their music. To be immersed in a sound stage that is at once compelling and convincing yet always pleasant and comfortable. So it is possible to enjoy the music for many hours without ever feeling tired. It is this that underpins our aspiration to realize the most natural and true sound reproduction in any given space, while at the same time satisfying aesthetic sensitivities.

Our basic vision is therefore: a commitment and an aspiration to realize the most natural and true sound reproduction in accordance with the surrounding space not forgetting and including the esthetic needs of our soul.

All our vacuum tube amplifiers deliver true natural sound. Built to our own novel circuit design and layout, and using the very highest quality components, they attain exemplary levels of performance.

And they do so without relying on the negative feedback loop used in most other designs to mask and correct amplification inaccuracies. In this way we achieve a natural, smooth and remarkably accurate sound picture. And when our amplifiers are teamed with our own design source devices and loudspeaker they go further in playing music in a most pleasant and natural way.

All products are developed and handmade in Slovenia, Europe.
