New Items Refund Policy:

Due to the high value of the products that we sell all new items are considered “special order” items and are not returnable or refundable. In many cases these “special order” items are built on a per order basis and therefore deposits are taken at the time of the order.  Once the deposit has been accepted the item on order is non-cancelable.  All new items are covered by the manufacture warranty. 

Demo/Used and Clearance Items Refund Policy:

Any demo/used/clearance items are sold on an “as is” basis and all sales are final.  There are no refunds or exchanges.  However we offer generous upgrade and trade in programs.  Some used gear offers transferable warranties and others don’t, please inquire about the specific item you are purchasing. 

Not in stock items:

Most of our merchandise is not available for immediate shipment. Please contact us for availability. 

"Hold" items:

We will gladly place items, new and previously owned, on "hold" for you, provided a deposit of some kind is given. f you later decide not to complete the purchase, your deposit is fully refunded, but, without a deposit, we simply cannot guarantee product. I

Shipping Damage Claims:

Any and all claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately and noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.  Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
