The Realization 50Ω coaxial cable exists nowhere else in the Kubala-Sosna line — and barely anywhere else in the cable world. The 50Ω spec is the impedance reference master clocks and the most demanding word-clock and digital links specify, distinct from the 75Ω S/PDIF format the rest of the digital chain runs. This is the cable for a reference DAC architecture engineered with an external master clock input — the small set of statement digital systems (MSB Reference-tier clock chains, the equivalent statement-class DAC architectures Alma works with) where 50Ω is not optional.
