Bricasti M1 Classic DAC

The M1 Classic is Bricasti Design's original digital-to-analog converter and a true dual mono design. Each channel has its own linear power supply, D/A converter, DDS clock and analog circuitry, and the digital processing runs from a dedicated supply of its own.

Each channel uses the stereo ADI 1955 converter in a mono configuration, with Bricasti's proprietary filters. The MDx digital platform handles clocking and filtering and keeps signals at their native sample rate. Outputs are fully balanced, independently buffered XLR and unbalanced RCA.

The design is modular. A network player card can be added.

Supplied with remote control. Option: network player, $1,000.
