Fezz Audio Equinox Prestige DAC

The Equinox Prestige is the balanced, dual-tube evolution of the Equinox DAC. It doubles the 12AU7 output tubes to two and adds fully balanced operation, for greater resolution and a true balanced connection into a balanced preamplifier such as the Fezz Audio Sagita Prestige. It is the Fezz tube DAC for the listener building a balanced system end to end, and the reference digital source in a Fezz-based system.

Where the standard Equinox uses a single 12AU7 in its output stage, the Equinox Prestige uses two and runs them in a balanced configuration. A balanced output path keeps noise low and pairs cleanly with balanced amplification, which matters most in a system built balanced from the digital source onward. Like the Equinox, the Equinox Prestige is developed under license with Lampizator, the Polish high-end specialist in tube digital — and the Prestige is the fullest expression of that collaboration in the Fezz line.

Built for a Balanced System. Pairs naturally with the Sagita Prestige balanced preamplifier and the balanced power amplifiers in the Fezz line, for a system that stays balanced from source to speaker.

Finishes. The Fezz colored steel chassis is a signature of the brand, and Equinox Prestige is offered across the full Fezz Audio color range — Black Ice, Sunlight, Big Calm, Burning Red, Moonlight, Evergreen, and Republika — so the DAC can be chosen to suit the room it will live in. Black Ice and Sunlight are the standard stocked finishes; the others are built to order as a special order, so please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery.
