Fezz Audio Mira Ceti 300B MK2 Integrated Amplifier

Mira Ceti 300B MK2 is Fezz Audio's classic 300B single-ended triode integrated — the design the valve faithful chase. It runs one 300B tube per channel in pure Class A for 2×8 watts: modest power placed entirely in service of the midrange purity and immediacy that has kept the 300B in production for decades. It asks for efficient loudspeakers and rewards them with a directness solid-state cannot reach.

The 300B is a directly-heated triode, and a single-ended Class A circuit is the simplest, most transparent way to use it — the shortest path from tube to speaker. That simplicity is the point: there is very little between the music and the listener. Both the power transformer and the output transformers are toroidal designs wound in-house by Fezz, drawing on the family's three decades of transformer engineering through its sister company, Toroidy. In a single-ended tube amplifier the output transformer is especially critical, and Fezz is one of very few makers that builds its own.

Single-Ended 300B Triode. One 300B per channel, Class A — the configuration prized for tone color, transparency, and the unforced way it renders voices and acoustic instruments. Best partnered with efficient loudspeakers.

Auto-Bias. Mira Ceti 300B MK2 sets and holds the bias on its output tubes automatically. You never adjust a meter — the 300B experience without the maintenance ritual.

In-House Toroidal Transformers. Fezz winds its own toroidal power and output transformers, a capability it has from Toroidy, the family transformer house operating since 1991. Toroidal output transformers offer wide bandwidth and low flux leakage, and they are central to the single-ended Fezz sound.

Built to Grow. Mira Ceti 300B MK2 includes the FEBS extension slot. The slot accepts a Fezz Extension Board — Bluetooth, moving-magnet phono, a digital input, or extra line inputs — so a source can be added later rather than driving a new purchase.

Finishes. The Fezz colored steel chassis is a signature of the brand, and Mira Ceti 300B MK2 is offered across the full Fezz Audio color range — Black Ice, Sunlight, Big Calm, Burning Red, Moonlight, Evergreen, and Republika — so the amplifier can be chosen to suit the room it will live in. Black Ice and Sunlight are the standard stocked finishes; the others are built to order as a special order, so please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery.
