IsoTek V5 Titan Three-Outlet High-Current Amplifier Conditioner

Titan is the specialist tool of the V5 range — a high-current conditioner engineered specifically to feed power amplifiers, active subwoofers, active loudspeakers, and any other component whose current draw would choke a filter tuned for a front-end source. Three independent outlets, each rated at a full sixteen amps, each star-earthed, each with its own dedicated cleaning circuit.

The engineering premise on Titan is that a filter cannot both protect a milliamp-scale phono stage and pass thirty amps of instantaneous inrush to a power amplifier without compromising one or the other. IsoTek's answer is to build a conditioner that stops trying to do both and does the amplifier side properly. Eighty-five decibels of RFI attenuation, specified from five hertz upward on a fifty-ohm standard reference. IsoTek's Direct Coupled circuit, with over fifty per cent more copper loading on the internal PCB than the prior generation, so the filter behaves as a true wire above the audio band rather than as an impedance-rising bottleneck. An easy-reset RCBO fusing system so a fault clears without a service call.

One hundred and fifty-three thousand five hundred amperes of instantaneous surge protection. Solid-core Ohno Continuous Cast copper, silver-plated, on the internal wiring — the same OCC standard that runs through Aquarius, Sigmas, and the EVO3 Optimum cable. A System Link outlet lets Titan sit on the amplification side of a Sigmas-plus-Titan stack, cleaning the whole rack through one star-earthed reference. Ships with an EVO3 Premier 1.5m C19 cable, in a twelve-kilogram chassis, available in black or silver anodised finish.
