Technics SP-10/SL-1000R Preview Event!
Announced last year, the updated Technics SP-10 caused quite a stir on the internet. In early previews at CES and in private sessions with audio journalists, this turntable has received nothing but lavish praise. One journalist wrote “Am I thinking about procuring one myself? You bet. With its latest effort, Technics hasn’t simply hit a home run but a grand slam”, while another scribe from a different vehicle wrote “… the SP-10R "engine" is either the most accurate or among a handful of the most accurate turntables ever designed and manufactured.”
From our initial listening at CES, we can’t say we disagree! So now we’re very excited and honored to be among the first in the country to be able to present the new state-of-the-art Technics SP-10/SL-1000R turntable to the public!
Bill Voss, US Business Development Manager for Technics, will be demonstrating and discussing the finer details of this wonderful machine. The rest of system will be our usual references, D’Agostino, Audio Research, Wilson Audio and YG Acoustics.
It’s all happening Saturday, March 17th, We will have two sessions, one starting 11:30am and a second encore at 1:30pm.
